Room Host

Manage Q&A mic, assist with session timing, and ensure a smooth audience experience throughout.
Registration & Info Desk

Handle badge hand-offs, greet attendees, and provide venue directions and assistance at the help desk.
Stage Runner

Operate the slide clicker, deliver water, and coordinate with speakers for time management backstage.
Logistics & Way-Finding

Guide attendees, monitor signage, support flow, and communicate updates via radio with the logistics team.
