Crew Roles

Room Host
Manage Q&A mic, assist with session timing, and ensure a smooth audience experience throughout.

Registration & Info Desk
Handle badge hand-offs, greet attendees, and provide venue directions and assistance at the help desk.

Stage Runner
Operate the slide clicker, deliver water, and coordinate with speakers for time management backstage.

Logistics & Way-Finding
Guide attendees, monitor signage, support flow, and communicate updates via radio with the logistics team.

Requirements
Age 18+
Conversational English (Romanian or German a plus)
Availability: 2 Dec (training) + ≥ 2 shifts during 3–5 Dec
Able to stand/walk for 3-hour blocks
