Program Overview
Over three days, from 3-5 December 2025, the Brasov Forum will inspire and activate leaders committed to trustworthy AI. Each morning begins with powerful keynote messages; followed by symposium talks where researchers and technical leaders share their latest work, and half-day open working sessions for small groups to probe strategy, law, ethics and engineering in depth. Round tables facilitate confidential discussions, while curated dinners convert dialogue into durable alliances.

Visionary sessions to kickstart each day. Hear from global leaders framing the day’s theme, sparking strategic insight and setting the agenda for discussion.

Expert-led presentation showcasing original research, innovative practice, or notable case study to stimulate thinking and discussion on trustworthy AI.

Collaborative workshops tackling specific challenges; participants ideate, design, whiteboard, and contribute to a publicly shareable artifact post-forum.

Facilitated open discussion where attendees interrogate pressing topics, exchange diverse perspectives, and brainstorm next-step actions.

Invitation-only deep-dive allowing delegates to explore sensitive strategies, share confidential data, and co-create bespoke solutions under Chatham House rules principles.

Dedicated space for keynote speakers, sponsors, and regulators to schedule private 1:1 meetings, interviews, and partnership conversations throughout each day.
