Plan Your Trip
Everything you need to arrive, stay, and explore Brașov with ease.
Why Brașov?
A medieval fortress turned tech hub, Brașov offers an inspiring historic backdrop of medieval history, stunning nature, and inviting local culinary experiences to refresh and re-energize. The Radisson Blu Aurum Hotel, just steps from Piața Sfatului (Council Square), hosts our Brasov Forum sessions and attendees. Enjoy cafés, cathedrals, and mountain views.
Get here. Stay here. Enjoy here.
-

Fly Direct to Brasov
The best way to reach Brasov (GHV) is via Wizz Air from London Luton (LTN) or Budapest (BUD).
The drawback is that those coming from outside Europe cannot book connecting itineraries, because Wizz Air flies only within Europe.
Share your flight details with the Forum Concierge at least one week in advance, and we’ll arrange your pickup on Monday 6th April and your drop-off on the 9th or 10th.
-

Fly via Bucharest
Bucharest (OTP) offers connections on most major airlines from all the major alliances. You’ll have no problem finding a non-stop flight from Europe or a one-stop flight from everywhere else.
Then enjoy a scenic 2.5 hour journey by car through the mountains.
Share flight details with the Concierge one week in advance, and we’ll arrange pickup on Monday 6th April and your drop-off on the 9th or 10th.

Stay in Brasov
Our primary hotel is the Radisson Blu Aurum in Brașov’s old town. The Radisson features recently renovated high-quality rooms, a highly rated restaurant, rooftop bar, meeting rooms (including in a wine cellar below the hotel), and more.
We’ve arranged a special rate that will be shared with all of our attendees and hosts.
Note that fellows will be booked into their rooms automatically.
-

Forum Concierge
Everyone attending the Brasov Forum will have access via text to a dedicated Concierge who speaks both English and Romanian.
The concierge can work with you to solve travel issues, arrange airport transfer, and provide local guidance on places to eat, things to do, etc.
The Forum Concierge service is included in everyone’s registration, so there’s no extra cost or arrangement for you to make.
