Why now?
Regulation is is happening now.
There is a public mandate for national and international AI regulation with 70% of people believing regulation is needed. The EU AI Act, US state-level laws, and similar frameworks are entering into force now. Leaders must shape compliance before it shapes them.
Trust in AI is a critical challenge
Trust remains a critical challenge: Only 46% of people globally are willing to trust AI systems. Perhaps because so many (66%) rely on AI without evaluating accuracy. Public confidence in AI hovers at a tipping point. Organizations that embrace Trustworthy AI now will own the narrative.
